Williejay Kalaukoa, 43, Shot Early Wednesday Morning

Williejay Kalaukoa, 43, was shot early Wednesday morning.
 
Chattanooga Police responded at approximately 3:08 a.m.  to a person shot on the 700 block of Talley Road.
Upon arrival, they located Kalaukoa, who was suffering from a non life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition via HCEMS.
 
He said he was confronted by the suspect outside his home and was shot.
 
Members of the Violent Crime Bureau are actively investigating this incident. Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423 698-2525
